Ran the new Region Course with the team, and honestly wasn't that impressed.. It will definetly be a change from last year. Then I did some strides to loosen up because I was feeling it in my hamstring again. Then did a 20 min Fartlek around the course, the boyos didn't want to push as hard as I did, so I gapped them and finished on my own. then added to 7 before I had to leave.
